You’re Not Crazy — You’ve Overwhelmed

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, constantly stressed,

and like you’re just getting through the day…

This is your first step back to you.

You’ve been holding a lot.

Taking care of everything.
Keeping things running.
Showing up for everyone else.

And somewhere along the way…

You stopped feeling like yourself.

Maybe you:

Feel overwhelmed all the time

Don’t even know what you like anymore

Feel guilty when you try to slow down

Or just feel… off

And you can’t quite explain why.

This notebook isn’t about fixing your whole life.

It’s about helping you:

Slow down

Hear yourself again

And start figuring out what you actually need

Without pressure.

Without overthinking.

Without doing it “perfectly.”

A Personal Note

There was a time when I started noticing something strange about myself.

From the outside, my life looked completely normal.

I was showing up for the people who needed me.
Handling responsibilities.
Doing what had to be done.

But inside, something felt… off.

I remember realizing one day that I couldn’t answer a simple question:

What do I actually enjoy anymore?

Not what needed to get done.

Not what someone else wanted.

Just… what I liked.

And the truth was, I didn’t know.

Somewhere along the way, I had gotten so used to taking care of everyone else that I slowly stopped paying attention to myself.

It didn’t happen overnight.

It happened in small ways.

Choosing what was easier for everyone else.
Putting my needs aside for “later.”
Becoming the reliable one who could handle everything.

Until one day I realized I had been living in survival mode for a long time.

Not because I was weak.

Because life asked a lot of me.

And maybe it’s asked a lot of you too.

That realization changed the way I started looking at my life.

Instead of trying to “fix” myself, I started learning how to reconnect with myself again.

Slowly.

Gently.

That’s the process that eventually became the work I share now.

Because no woman should have to feel like she disappeared just to keep life running.

Understanding Survival Mode

When life asks too much of us for too long, the nervous system shifts into survival mode.

We keep functioning.

We take care of responsibilities.
We show up for everyone else.
We keep moving forward.

But slowly, connection to ourselves fades.

Not because we failed.

Because we adapted.

Survival mode helps us get through hard seasons.

But staying there too long can leave us feeling numb, disconnected, and unsure of who we even are anymore.

This program is about gently finding your way back.
